Fall Goals
It sounds great but is it really that simple? Goals without a plan are just dreams. Dreams are great and a fabulous place to start but they won’t take you far. I have been a big dreamer all of my life but it wasn’t until I started putting those dreams into action plans and then going to work that I started getting results and making big changes in my life.
I might be a very average person but I am willing to work harder than an average person. I read, study, take classes, call on mentors, make lists, dream big and then make it into small baby actions steps that I can do daily to reach closer to my goals.
If you want to have better success this year, follow these simple steps:

Set with a goal

Write it down

Make a list of all the steps it will take to achieve, then

Pick one small step you can do today

Tell a friend and ask them to hold you accountable checking in weekly

Go to work
