I know some are truly allergic but many have been told to be afraid of Carbs, Sugar, Gluten, Dairy, Chips, Chocolate, Pizza….Really should we fear food? Do we have the ability to control how much and when we eat it? Should we be afraid of food? So many clients will try for a while to avoid everything, some are even told carrots, corn & tomatoes are bad, then they binge and feel sick.
