What is one thing you will add in or subtract from October to have a healthier month, Physically, Emotionally, Financially, Spiritually, Mentally or in your Relationships? Are you ready to get healthy, You might not love every moment, it will be work but it will be worth it and the results will be better then where you are sitting now. Progress not perfection, one step at a time in the right direction. Don’t try to do it all, just pick one thing, tell one supportive friend and do it as best you can for the month of October…YOU got this!!
What do you do to take care of you? Do you wait until you are sick to care about getting well? What is your strategy to prevent sickness from winning? Do you exercise, Eat healthy, Use Supplements, get enough sleep, release your stress. When you get a headache what is the first thing you do? Do you take a pill, drink more water, take a nap, take some deep breathes, go for a walk, call an encouraging friend?
