Goals and Achievements
I love setting goals, something that I’ve shared before. I’m very driven and before I finish one goal I have another one waiting to start. Recently, a number of friends have been encouraging me to take a moment celebrate how far I’ve come by making a list of my finished goals. I started to think about the items that I’ve accomplished. Here is my list of what I have done before I turned 50. What are your goals on your bucket list? Don’t just put your goals on a list, getting to work on them daily one step forward toward your dream goal will help you reach your achievements much faster then just thinking about them. Stop taking about writing that book and start writing 10 paragraphs a week. 2 or 3 paragraphs a day and you will have achieved your goal and have a book by the end of the year.
All of us have stories, lessons, and experiences to share and teach from….Are you ready to stop talking about your goals and instead do the work to accomplish them?

Phew! I’m getting tired from my list; I might need a nap before I set another goal. I hope none of you compare your list to mine. We all have a list; I’ve done more than some and less than others, but the important thing is that I’ve reached the goals I’ve set out to accomplish. That’s the key: comparison is the thief of all joy but being happy with what you’ve accomplished in your own life is something to be very proud of.
What is on your list? Will you share your list with me?
When is the right time to go after your goals? Have you ever taken a moment to slow down and celebrate all that you have already done in life before you set the next goals?
Are you an overachiever or an underachiever? Do you have goals, aspirations, or a bucket list?

Let’s not wait for 2019 to check one more thing off our list, you can get a lot done in Decmeber if you commit.
