When you think of Mental Toughness what comes to mind? Pushing through, sucking it up, not expressing emotion? How about when you think of Mental Health? Opposite of Mental Illness, Consideration, focus, memory? For me I love to encourage people to have Mental Kindness and Compassion with one another. First to be gentle on ourselves, our struggles and our stress and then to be gentle on others. Mental kindness and compassion shows up with questions of wonder and a desire to understand how another is feeling rather than to shame, Judge, silence ourselves and others who are struggling. Mental Kindness says you are allowed to give yourself a break and admit when it is hard rather than always just pushing through. Wishing you gentleness, compassion and kindness toward yourself and others this week. #mentalwellnessexpert #mentalhealth #mentalhealthmatters #MentalKindness #mentalcompassion #h3cultures #hopeHealthHappiness #inspirationalspeaker #keynotespeaker #wellnessspeaker
