The Z in the ABC’s of Creating and sustaining a Successful business means sometime you might feel like you live in a Zoo. Maybe you feel like you are a monkey or you work with a bunch of different animals. Do you embrace and love the changing parts to your business? #BetheException #MotivationalSpeaker #InspirationalSpeaker
Do you live in a neighborhood? If so, do you know your neighbors? One of our neighbors who has been a part of our community for almost 30 years moved away recently which reinforces for me that life changes. In our neighborhood, we love our neighbors and have each others’ backs. From raising our kids together, to gathering for book club, to playing bunco, we’ve been through a lot.
As a connected community, we gather in the middle of the cul-de-sac with snacks and beverages to spend time together. Over the years, one neighbor has built us benches, while a few others have brought out their tables and chairs to make it a comfy gathering place. This is where our kids learned to ride bikes and drive cars, where we as families have laughed together and shared life. When there’s a death in the family of a neighbor, we send flowers; when there’s a new baby arriving on the block, we send gifts. And sometimes, when illness hits, we even bake bread or make soup to share.
The more I expand my horizons and see the culture of other neighborhoods, I often ask myself, “What happened?” Where I live, we share life with our neighbors the same as when I was a kid; these days, with hectic schedules and life to juggle, it isn’t what it used to be. This week, if you don’t know your neighbors, I encourage you to get to know them by spreading some neighborly love. You never know how you might positively impact someone in your community by starting with something as simple as a friendly, “Hello, how are you?”
After 23 years in our home, I look back and can’t imagine life without our neighbors. Are you ready to open your home and heart to getting to know yours, too?

Living Until 106
How old do you plan to live? I say 106 when anyone asks, but it’s more of a reminder to myself than anything else. I believe part of living a long life is shifting your thinking and daily routines to positive planning. This may start as simply as reminding yourself how long you want to live then moving into creating better habits such as quitting smoking, drinking less alcohol, visiting the gym more often, or eating a few more veggies each week.
So often it’s common for us to take our bodies for granted. Many times, we use and abuse them and waste money on junk in the process rather than investing in the good stuff that helps our bodies maintain optimal health. I don’t always eat healthily, but I do my best to eat well, take my AdvoCare Supplements daily, and move my body for at least twenty minutes of continuous exercise three days a week, sometimes more.
It’s helpful to have someone who is farther in their wellness journey to look up to. My husband is faithful in his commitment to his AdvoCare Routine and never misses a day, even on vacation. Since my husband takes great care of himself, he can run a 5K any day of the week, takes aftercare of his workouts seriously, and doesn’t take his health or strength for granted. His dedication and motivation to his wellbeing inspire me to keep working toward being the healthiest me I can be.
While there are some things about our health that we can’t control, there are even more things about it that we can. Each day we can choose what we eat, how we move our bodies, and what healthy supplements we want to use. If your goal is to live a long life, it’s only going to be fun if it’s a healthy life as well. This week, I encourage you to choose one factor of your health (whether it be food, exercise, or supplement focused) and make a goal to engage in that healthy behavior three times this week. It’s time for us to gain and maintain our health together – see you at 106!

Can you do an X-Ray of what Product or Service you are selling? Do you believe in it, Love it and are you proud to sell it? When we know are truth about ourselves and what we are selling it makes it so much easier to sell. The X in the ABC’s of creating and sustaining a Successful Business is about believing in yourself and your Products/Services. Are you willing to look inside yourself today and ask the hard questions? #leadershipspeaker #professionalspeaker #keynotespeaker #inspirationalspeaker #motivationalspeaker #BetheException #pineappleprinciple
Is X ray vision possible?
X-ray vision is not only possible, it already exists! The science is called radiography. As you know, human eyes don’t have x-ray vision. But we can use radiography machines to allow our eyes to see inside things the human eye cannot.
Yesterday was a day of Disappointment in People, Places and things..I started today with walk and a little inspiration from Joyce Meyers to turn my mindset around as I am off to speak at the RailRoad this morning ; ).I love Mondays a clean slate, a do over, a fresh start and today I needed my Motivational Moment Monday video as much as I wanted to teach it, I needed the reminder. In fact if you have been following along with my ABC’s of Success you might have noticed I skipped the V….and went straight to the W…But maybe that was because I would need the reminder of small Victories today. Success is not just about the destination of reaching your goals it is about the journey and the little victories along the way. I hope you or someone in your life celebrate how far you have come. Celebrate you and the journey #ABCsofSuccess #MotivationalMonday #BetheException #MotivationalSpeaker #VictoryAlongtheWay #InspirationalSpeaker
