7. Be Authentic...What does this mean? What does it look like, What does it feel like, Why does it matter? It means learning to like our messy parts, It looks like more peaceful & more more JOY, It feels freeing, no more need to compare or measure up to others or their expectations of you. Just deciding to be the best version of yourself. Liking yourself even if you don’t always get it right, Learning that what you have and do is good enough. Living in a place of gratitude not comparison to others. Comparison is the thief of all JOY! That friend or co-worker that looks like they have it all together, well they have a story & a struggle too you just might not know about it.
